Dignity Dinner at Gymkhana Lahore
Tuesday, 26 February 2013
Thirty eight years of close association brings you close to each other. Our course (some 276 cadets) got together for the first time on April 17, 1975 out of which 178 were commissioned in Pakistan army. We have been together ever since. Most of us have hung our helmets.
Two general officers have retired recently (eight are still serving) and that made an occasion for Lahore Chapter to get together for a dignity dinner on February 25, 2012 at Gymkhana Lahore. Total 52 officers of 55 PMA are now in Lahore and 25 of them (accompanied) were there to bid farewell to Munawar Ahmed Solehria. It was a wonderful gathering when, among lot of cheers and best wishes, Azhar Ali Shah very aptly paid rich tribute to services and contribution of Solehria for the country.
