Prof. Dr. Pintsch, Dr.tech.(h.c.), M.Arch., M.Civ.Eng., MBA
As long as the billions strong and naturally produced two-legged species exists,
it will require for the fulfillment of its basic functions necessary housing.
which is dependent upon climate and environment.
Since the human being in essence is the Subject as well as Object, the housing,
technical infra-structure, Ambience and Interiors are subject to continuous change.
The scope of change is indifferent and unclear.
Aaron Pinske
In the times of booming information technology and nano-technology, the bio-medical possibilities of cloning, the manipulation of genetic materials and the networking of neuronal networks with artificial intelligence, the knowledge appears to be the art of overcoming the present only. t the fact is that the distance between practice and theory is increasing and the (apparent) knowledge is actually a higher level of dis-knowledge!
Independent experiments on location in a distinct surrounding with their own micro-climate are helpful!
Experiments on a larger scale limit the diversity and are only justified with the involvement of the industry.

From an early age,
Matt Dalio has walked a path in life that is a little different from the average person. While most teenagers are obsessed with videogames, cars, social media, or parties, Matt spent most of his time trying to help orphans on the other side of the world. It started when he was a young boy and he spent a year living abroad in China. He attended school there with the local children and was the only non-Chinese born student in the school. At first he was an outcast but the children soon befriended him and they all became friends. From this experience, he would grow up and never forget the compassion that his schoolmates showed him when he was the outsider.
Years later, while
Matt Dalio was thinking of things he could do for his Eagle Scout project, he began to research how he could help Chinese children. He soon found out about the large number of orphans there. Because of the one child limit imposed on all Chinese families by the government, if a child is born with an abnormality or birth defect, it is common for the parents to simply abandon the child. Although many of these birth defects could be solved with a simple outpatient surgery. So many orphans in China have cases of a cleft lip, or clubbed foot.
Matt Dalio realized that if he was able to raise money, he could possibly afford to pay for some of these surgeries for these children, which in turn would give them a better chance at being adopted and having a better life. This is exactly what he did. Within 4 years his initial project raised over $1 million, and grew to a multi-purpose organization and provided everything from pediatric surgeries to financial aid for adopting families.
The China Care Foundation is now over a decade old and has raised millions of dollars helping hundreds of children. Matt Dalio’s initial vision became a reality and in the process, has changed the lives of many children and families around the world.

Marriage used to be simple. Once you said, “I do,” you did, because anything less was unacceptable. However, just because divorce rates were nearly non-existent a couple of generations ago doesn’t mean people were happier. We simply live in a society where couples that aren’t happy have other alternatives. That means that happiness needs to be a key goal in marriage, right up there with paying the mortgage and taking out the trash. Many couples enter
NYC marriage counseling to rekindle their love and regain their happiness. Reach out and make the effort. Your marriage will be happier for it.
Find Reasons to Be Together: Since nobody’s forcing you to be married, couples these days need to find reasons to be together. No, guilt doesn’t count. As women have achieved financial parity, they need real reasons to stay together beside the bread and the butter. The good news is that couples will tend to find meaningful ways to make the relationship last, leading to a healthier marriage in the long run.
Have Separate: You might be joined as husband and wife, but that doesn’t mean you’re joined at the hip. Healthy couples learn to find activities they do separate. It’s important to still have enough of your own personal world to feel like an individual. Not constantly sharing the same walls means you’ll have more to share and talk about.
Marriage Counseling: Talk About It: Sometimes professional help is needed in any relationship.
Los Angeles couples counseling doesn’t necessarily mean the relationship is on life support. Indeed,
San Diego couples therapy is a clear sign that the couple is willing to work it out. Admitting the issue if the first step to communication.

Dr. Nawazish Mirza is a young scholar with a PhD in Financial Markets from University of Paris. Prior to PhD, he got his MPhil degree in Quantitative Finance and MSc in Financial Engineering from Paris Dauphine and University of Lille, France. Although, he has been studying, practicing, researching and teaching finance for most of his life, yet he is more intereted in philosophy of humans and life. “Finance is my profession but observing behavior of Homo sapiens is my passion”, says Nawazish, “and that is where I interlink my profession and passion.”
“To me, human nature, in fractals, is as unpredictable as financial markets, it is as dynamic as stock prices, as random as making money through speculation. In short we are exposed to probability distribution whose extreme events shape whole of our life and when I observe, I like to express through blog or
social media platforms”.
Nawazish expresses frequently on his blog either through writing or, at times, through pictorials. Though it is a personal blog (strictly non commercial) but still readers will learn more about Nawazis and know him a little more closely as they will also have a peak into his random (stochastic) thoughts on various subjects leading from complex and sophisticated financial issues to his pseudo imaginations.
Why would I Blog? “Well, because I have no better alternative, I could release all my pressures, stress and catharsis by writing it away. I could actually express, I could convey what I feel and I don’t have to fake it, and yes, special thanks to S A J Shirazi for introducing me to this blogosphere, probably the best thing that could happen to me, on the e-world,” says Dr. Nawazish Mirza.
Bionic Eunoia (mean happy thinking) - a new bloggy addition in the blogosphere - is where Nawazish is going to relate life as he views it to the Financial Markets. Stay tuned to learn what he has to say or to shoot his views down. Anyone listening in this din?

News is and it says that Google intends to change several non-Google name brands (Blogger and Picasa) as an effort to unify its brand and integrate all the services into
Google +. Google intends to rename Picasa as “Google Photos” and Blogger may become “Google Blogs.”
Old blogger users are wondering how will this affect their blog SEO. What will happen to Page Rank and Permanent post URLs if the blogspot domains change into .googleblog.com. Any idea?

When everything starts at the Internet and when World Wide Web is your market where you want to operate, SEO is absolutely essential. Every website project you undertake is sensitive to its impact on SEO campaigns.
Businesses need to understand what results they want from any SEO exercise and how will those results impact company’s business objectives before they engage in SEO exercise. I assume that you have already done most of the SEO things including domain registration, hosting and analytics, to web design and your public relationing is underway as a continuous business process. One more thing you might have done is keyword research, analysis and selection: With so many free keyword research tools available it’s easy to do your own research. After all, you know more about your products and services than anyone else, right? A hen knows about the egg better as they say. Please don’t let anyone tell you which keywords are your keywords.
In this situation when you approach SEO professionals (someone with more expertise), you must only be looking for content development, link building, on page optimization and social media buzz. If you are highly skilled at copywriting and you have time and flare for it, you can keep the content creation in house and let SEO people do the rest.
If you are familiar with ecommerce dynamics, it is likely that you are already familiar with the necessary elements your pages require to get ranked on search engines: Title/Meta tags, keyword usage, optimized content for targeted keywords, internal link structure and that html haze. On-page optimization is often an area where an SEO firms will charge a majority of their fee and that is what they can't show. I say you might be better off investing your budget to a link building campaign(s) which can be much more time consuming than on on-page optimization. This should have been done by web developer who designed developed your website in the first place. If not, ask the developers to do it now.
Let none (gurus, geeks, and dweebs) tell you anything other than this. What you say?
