No Halloween This Year

Things were a little better last time and some people were seen celebrating Halloween in upper end hangouts. Not this time. So much is going on and I haven’t heard of anyone indulging in this foreign tradition. I don't miss Halloween at all. I am just wondering how things are changing and why?
